Welcome to StaffBlast. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StaffBlast mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by StaffBlast (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using StaffBlast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use StaffBlast. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful; and
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features of StaffBlast, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential; and
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

StaffBlast provides a platform for employers and job seekers to connect.

We do not guarantee:

• The availability of any job listing;
• That any application will result in employment; or
• The accuracy or legitimacy of job postings provided by third parties.

By submitting an application through StaffBlast, you consent to sharing your profile information, resume, contact details, and employment preferences with potential employers.

StaffBlast is not responsible for:

• Communications between users and employers;
• Hiring decisions made by employers; or
• Any disputes arising between users and third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts;
• Upload malicious software or harmful code; or
• Violate the rights of other users or third parties.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of StaffBlast is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

StaffBlast may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices and subscription features may change at any time. Changes will not affect subscriptions that are already active and paid for during the current billing cycle.

All payments and subscription management are handled through Apple App Store services. StaffBlast does not directly collect or store payment information.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on StaffBlast are owned by or licensed to StaffBlast and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

StaffBlast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or error-free;
• Job listings are accurate or up to date; or
• The Platform will meet your expectations or requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Any employment decisions made by employers;
• Unauthorized access to your account; or
• Any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StaffBlast at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful to the Platform or other users.

If you downloaded StaffBlast from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and StaffBlast, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the StaffBlast application or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
• In the event of any failure of the application to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if applicable.

You agree to comply with all applicable Apple App Store Terms of Service when using StaffBlast.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of StaffBlast after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
